Givenchy is a popular French luxury design house, which was created in 1952 by Hubert de Givenchy.
The Givenchy brand has attracted the attention of many A-list celebrities over the years. This includes the likes of Beyonce, Princess Grace of Monaco and Elizabeth Taylor, just to name a few.
The design house is also a member of the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture et du Pret-a-Porter’.
They launched their latest Spring/Summer 2022 collection at Paris Fashion Week this season.
This is the first collection with new creative director, Matthew M. Williams. Williams has now taken over from the previous director, Clare Waight Keller.
Givenchy Spring/Summer ’22 was all about the 1940’s, with details such as nipped-in waists and sculpted shoulders.
The looks were heavily inspired by streetwear, individualised with Williams’s creative flair.
