The 77th edition of the Golden Globe Awards was held on the evening of the 5th January 2020 at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.
Hosted by British comedian Ricky Gervais, the event honoured the best in film and television in the past year.
Many A-list stars were up for awards on the night including the likes of Christian Bale, Saoirse Ronan and Margot Robbie.
Several films were awarded gongs such as ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’, ‘1917’ and ‘Missing Link’.
Aside from the awards, many celebrities were also spotted on the Golden Globes red carpet sporting some fabulous fashion and eyewear looks.

Elton John
Legendary singer/songwriter Elton John was spotted on the red carpet on the night of the Golden Globes this year.
He sported a tailored black suit, complete with a frilly formal white shirt – he looks impeccable.
A bold matching bow tie and a rocket shaped brooch help to pull the look together – the brooch is obviously a nod to his hit song ‘Rocketman’ which was later produced into a movie. The flick was nominated for a handful of awards at this year’s ceremony.

Tom Hanks
A-list actor Tom Hanks was pictured at this year’s event.
He sported a black velvet suit jacket, complete with matching trousers and a formal white shirt – we also love the addition of the large bow tie, very suave!

Brian Cox is a successful actor, hailing from Dundee, Scotland.
The 73-year old star was spotted at the Golden Globes wearing a smart ensemble.
He wore a black suit jacket and trousers combo, which was styled with a crisp white shirt and matching bow tie.

American actor Tony Shalhoub was pictured at the Golden Globes 2020.

Wesley Snipes is best recognised for being a successful American actor, director and film producer from Orlando, Florida.
The now 57-year old star rocked up at the Golden Globes earlier this month wearing a flamboyant ensemble.
He was sporting a white frilly shirt complete with a burgundy coloured suit and waistcoat.
