American Music Awards ’20: Best Dressed Celebrities

The American Music Awards (aka the AMAs) are an annual music awards ceremony, which aims to recognise the best musical artists in the industry right now.

This year’s show was held on the evening of the 22nd November 2020 at the Microsoft Theater in Downtown L.A.

Presented by actress Taraji P. Henson, the show hosted a wide variety of musical performances from artists such as Megan Thee Stallion, Dua Lipa and BTS.

Popular musicians such as Taylor Swift, Doja Cat and Juice WRLD scooped up awards on the night.

Additionally, many stars were spotted wearing some fabulous outfits at the American Music Awards this year.

Check out our favourites below!

Bell Biv DeVoe

Bell Biv DeVoe are best known for being an American R&B trio, hailing from Boston, Massachusetts.

Members Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins and Ronnie DeVoe all sported fantastic ensembles for the American Music Awards 2020.

However, our favourite look is definitely Ricky’s on the left!

He has opted to wear a plain black buttoned down shirt, complete with matching trousers.

The highlight of the outfit has got to be the royal blue velvet suit jacket with contrasting black satin lapels – so suave!

Black suede lace up boots help to tone down the outfit.

In terms of accessories, Bell is rocking simple jewellery, a classic trilby hat and a pair of stylish blacked out shades.

American rapper and singer Nelly was pictured at the American Music Awards this year.

The star wore a laid back all-black ensemble for the occasion, consisting of a t-shirt paired with some faux leather trousers – we love the red stripe detailing on the sides!

Nelly has styled the effortless look with some sporty white trainers and diamond jewellery for an urban feel.

He has topped off the look with some slick black aviator sunnies.

Maluma is best recognised for being a well known Columbian singer.

He took to the stage with Jennifer Lopez for a special live performance.

He opted to wear a smart blue and white pinstripe suit for the occasion, which was finished off well with a crisp white shirt.

Chunky jewellery and a pair of standout sunnies help to complete the look.

Cara Delevingne

British model and actress, Cara Delevingne was spotted at this year’s American Music Awards.

Delevingne wore a nude coloured boned top, complete with a metallic matching blazer and trousers combo.

The addition of layered jewellery pieces and some black patent heels make the ensemble more put together.

We also love her choice of makeup here!

Machine Gun Kelly

Rapper and singer Machine Gun Kelly was pictured at the American Music Awards this year with his new beau, Megan Fox.

He rocked a white satin top, featuring a daring neckline.

It has been paired with some matching harem style trousers for a cool yet casual look.

To finish off the ensemble, Kelly has added in a pair of metallic boots which give off a futuristic vibe.

Simple jewellery pieces and a tousled hairstyle help to complete the look.

We would recommend these LAZER LS007 sunglasses to go with this chic outfit!
