    Good for high prescription myopia

    When you are getting into the +10 diopter prescriptions, you start having your choices of frames narrowed. Large frames are in style, but those are bad fits for high prescription lenses because they lead to thick lens edges and distortion, and the "see through your head" effect on the sides. I ordered the smallest version of these frames, which are the second smallest lens-width frames I've ever seen. I have 1.74 index lenses, about +10 in each eye, and I think the thickness is acceptable on these, despite the fact that the parts of the frames that hold the lenses are pretty thin because they're just a titanium wire. The frame is very light weight. They're a lot more expensive than the majority of other frames, but if you want glasses that minimize lens thickness, I think these are a good choice.
