Matty Healy is most recognized as being the lead singer of the indie rock group: The 1975.
Even though the band was formed in 2002, the name of ‘The 1975’ for the group didn’t exist for a while after that.
Mid 2012 saw the foursome release their debut EP to mainstream media named ‘Facedown.’
However, it wasn’t until early 2013 that the band really became successful with their debut single from their ‘Music for Cars’ EP titled ‘Chocolate.’
The track climbed to no. 19 in the UK Singles Chart.
The 1975 have supported several other well-known bands on tour including Muse before making a proper name for themselves.
Currently, Matty and the band are recording their third studio album, which is due for release next year.
As well as being a sensational musician, Healy also has a great sense of style which is eclectic and unique.

We are absolutely loving the next look from the unique front man!
Healy is delivering an eclectic performance on stage and he is wearing a quirky look to match.
A casual black tee and some fantastic plaid trousers make up this outfit, not to mention the denim jacket which has a real vintage feel about it.
