Tennis is a great way to keep fit, as it uses nearly every muscle in the body.

On top of this, it’s heaps of fun! Whether you’re a seasoned club player or haven’t tried it since you were little, it’s easy to get into the swing of things.

Just bring yourself and a pal down to your local courts and get started. If you’ve got your own racket, great, but most clubs with be able to lend you the essentials if you’re just getting going.

Organise a doubles game for a group catch-up, or go for a quick knockabout with your bestie!
