Being all plastic means sweat doesn't seem to affect the frame so I use them for cycling, gardening and all my DIY odd jobs. I can see out of them just as well as the glasses I bought from the opticians and I would have no hesitation buying from select specs in the future.

Cycling Spectacles

I'd recommend this product

Needed glasses for cycling as my normal ones are not suitable. Research on costs etc give wildly varying costs, especially as I need varifocal lenses. Style is certainly suitable for cycling and probably other sports too. Clinching thing was getting my varifocal prescription for a most reasonable cost. Filling in forms was very straightforward, cist added up at the end was extremely competitive. Ordered, delivery was reasonable considering the prescription I needed. Arrived within the estimated time. Very impressed with the varifocal side of things. Lightweight and comfortable to wear. Adjustable arms help with the fit. Used multiple times since purchase, keeps the wind and rain out of my eyes. Overall very good quality, very good fit at a very competitive cost.

Night vision

Overall I like the glasses very much. However, whilst I know buying online means I can’t feel, examine or try on the item, I found these to be too general in sizing; a more one size fits all. For me, they’re too wide & too high so don’t fit beneath my running cap comfortably and I tried several. I wanted these specifically for a multi day event so wore prescription sunglasses through the day but needed something for night. I would prefer a more wrap around style closer fitting to the face and a smaller width option for women. I think there’s a gap in the market for lightweight (even plastic) clear lenses, close fitting eyewear for ultra events.
