I ordered four pairs of glasses. 2 reading, same style frames and 2 distance, same style frames. 1 of the distance glasses was with prescription lens sun glasses. I found the standard of the frames to be very good, for the price I paid. The lenses were spot on with the prescription and very clear. My main complaint and I think it is due to the poor description, on your website. This refers to the sun glasses. Your site describes the lenses, of the sun glasses, as Dark Brown. That is what I wanted, what I ordered and what I expected. I have very light sensitive eyes and always have dark brown lenses, whether prescription or normal glasses. The sun glasses, I received, were anything but Dark Brown. The lenses were Yellow. So much so, they brightened the vision as opposed to darkening it. I spoke to one of your male staff and sent him photographs of the lenses. When I called him back he had seen the photos and referred to them as the photos with yellow lenses. I then submitted an email, with the same photos and received a reply from one of your female staff. She explained that the lenses I received were in fact, what you describe as, Dark Brown and you don’t do a darker brown. She explained I could send them back and change the colour, free of charge, but I would have to pay the postage. I replied to that email, stating I didn’t want a different colour, neither was I prepared to pay the postage, both ways, for a wrong description on your part. I advised it would be in your Company’s interest to either produce a dark brown lens or describe the lens as yellow. That way there would be no confusion. She offered me a 10% reduction, on my next order. I have very weak lenses and don’t need to change my glasses very often. I have my eyes tested every year, at the opticians and he tells me not to bother changing them. Kind Regards. Bill Jones

Hi Bill, based on the images provided, we can assure you this is our Dark Brown tint. For darker tints, we would always recommend our Brown Polarised lenses, these will reduce glare and provide the darker level of protection you are looking for.
