Original Manufacturer Lenses

Perfect fit

Great pair of varifocals. Simnple but stylish design. Lightweight, sometimes I forget I am wearing glasses. Because lenses are round and farily large you don't get any cut off points in peripheral vision. No tiliting head backwards or upwards in order to read. Adjust to the light seamlessly. And they are a perfect fit on my face, the arms are a perfect length this is usually where things dont fit with glasses I have had in the past. Excellent pari of specs and for the price good value

Awful Quality

I bought these to replace another pair of round frames from SelectSpecs that kept breaking due to poor quality. They looked good, though, so I decided to reorder some more nevertheless. Unfortunately, those frames have since been discontinued, and the closest match I could find in style were these. They do look quite similar to the previous pair, but unbelievably, the quality is even worse. You’d probably find a sturdier frame off the rack for 99p at Poundland. It’s as if they’ve been crafted from disused cheese wire. I doubt they’d last a week of regular use. Don’t bother.

they are light weight comfortable to wear and quality only things u could gripe at would have like it quicker though it did come within its time alotted and i would have liked more colour choice on the transition lens but over all well pleased nice price

Good basic wire-rims

I got 2 pairs of these, one for distance in black, one for reading in silver. They're extremely lightweight and do not feel very strong but they've survived being worn for a year now and they're fine. They still look like new. Great for driving and cycling: the field of view is high and forward, not downwards facing.

Snapped after a short time

Left arm of the glasses snapped after only having them a few months, completely unexpected, despite being taken care of very well. Black finish on the metal is also peeling, cheaply made.

Just broke mine, buying more

Just broke my second pair of these, after 5 years which I consider acceptable. They snapped while I was taking them off, at the thinnest part of the arm. The first pair lasted less than two, but that was my fault for messing around too much with the nose pads. Be gentle with them, is what I'm saying. I'm buying another plus an extra frame this time, because I love the design so much. They're geeky and delicate, a rare combination. The lenses are perfectly circular, kind of deco without being ostentatious. I've seen complaints that the bridge is too low, but in practise this means they can be worn lower, which makes it less annoying when they slip down.
