**Free Single Vision Basic lenses are available for the majority of full rim frames with a prescription range of SPH ±6.00 and CYL ±2.00 powers with an average PD measurement (63mm), however this can vary depending on your prescription as follows:-
  • Plus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH +6.00 CYL -2.00
  • Plus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH +4.00 CYL +2.00
  • Minus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH -4.00 CYL -2.00
  • Minus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH -6.00 CYL +2.00
Original Manufacturer Lenses
Please note that during the glazing process, the original manufacturer lenses are removed from the frame and replaced with our lenses made to your prescription requirements. Branded prescription lenses are not included.

Poor quality frame.

Likes the style of the frame and the lenses were excellent. Unfortunately, the arm of the frame broke within 3 weeks of receiving the glasses. I'm now awaiting a replacement pair, so we'll see how they are.

I'd recommend this product

Basically good value

Selectspecs are great value for the product. Problem occurs with fitting. You can't give precise measurements that will mean you end up with a well-fitting pair. The Aero 8107 I find is not tight enough to prevent occasional slipping forward. You need a real person to make sure that your glasses will fit properly before purchase.

Ok as my second pair

I am acknowledging up front they are a very inexpensive frame thus is a little unfair to have big expectations. My rating is only for the frame as the lenses and fittings are above expectations. The frame is a little large on the sides and after wearing it inside for a couple of days it is already becoming looser. They are definitely a man’s style of frames ( a little square-ish and a bulky) but what bothers me is the nose bridge style. It’s a little thick and it has a bump above the nose. I am using these as may second pair. Thank you selectspecs for the affordable glasses and excellent workmanship.

Good

Bought these for cycling and wear them all the time. Fit is very good, keeps all the flies and road grit out. They cover the eye without being huge and do fold around the head. Off the bike, they are just comfortable. Frames are thicker and heavier looking than what I've worn before but that doesn't bother me. Other people notice but seem to quite like them too. Being plastic, they feel robust and will withstand being dropped a few times.
