**Free Single Vision Basic lenses are available for the majority of full rim frames with a prescription range of SPH ±6.00 and CYL ±2.00 powers with an average PD measurement (63mm), however this can vary depending on your prescription as follows:-
  • Plus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH +6.00 CYL -2.00
  • Plus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH +4.00 CYL +2.00
  • Minus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH -4.00 CYL -2.00
  • Minus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH -6.00 CYL +2.00
Original Manufacturer Lenses
Please note that during the glazing process, the original manufacturer lenses are removed from the frame and replaced with our lenses made to your prescription requirements. Branded prescription lenses are not included.

Great glasses, awful quality

Great glasses, love the style of them. Frame quality is not good and bends so easily so you need a new pair every 6 months or so, which makes them not as good for the money. Such a shame as they are great glasses. Price has increased but quality has not.

Should Have gone to Selectspecs- Always

A few years ago I was recomended Selectspecs by a friend, I have always been an international business traveller and as such have always left glasses in the pocket of the seat in front on a regular basis. The cost of replacement from the usual sources is ridiculous , so I was tempted to order a couple of pairs to try, the process quick,easy and price attractive. Since then lots of pairs ordered - including both reading and driving versions, its quick, easy, low cost and so far without any issue. I still go to a "brand" for my eye test and then order from Selectspecs knowing that using the "Brand" prescription that I will be well served and not a little better off, I would not go anywhere else.

Wowzers

Guys. I had my doubts, how can these be this cheap? Will my prescription be on point? Well,,, yes,, they are. Now they aren’t as heavy duty as perhaps designer frames but to be honest, for the price not too worried. The website is easy to use, ordering couldn’t be simpler and a super fast turnaround. I won’t be returning to my usual optician to purchase my glasses any more. Thank you select specs,,, your all superstars…
