Important Information about Contact Lenses
Prescription Requirements
We advise all our customers to have regular checkups with their opticians to ensure healthy eyes and to obtain an up to date contact lens specification. Once you have your valid contact lens specification, you will be able to place an order for your new lenses with us.
To comply with General Optical Council regulations, we conduct a thorough validation of all prescriptions, so please don't forget to send us a copy once you have placed your order (we will also email you to ask for this information). If we have received a valid contact lens specification for a previous order, you can go ahead and order lenses right up to the date you specification expires.
Please note that a contact lens prescription is different from an eye test prescription for glasses since it must include specific details about your contact lenses, plus it will also contain an expiration date.
Safety Reminder
If you're considering trying a new type of contact lens that hasn't been specifically prescribed for you, you will need to obtain another separate contact lens specification specifically for that product. Therefore, we strongly advise consulting with your Optometrist beforehand. This precaution helps ensure the safety and appropriateness of your eyewear choice.
If you experience any eye conditions that may affect contact lens wear—such as an infection—we strongly recommend that you stop wearing your contact lenses immediately and book an appointment with your optician to check the health of your eyes. Do not order new contact lenses if you have an eye infection, as continuing to wear them may cause further complications.

Hi, we would suggest this is not an issue with the product but the lens may not be correct for your eye. We highly recommend you visit your eye doctor in the US and arrange a contact lens consultation to ensure you find the right lens to suit you.Fit: As Expected
