**Free Single Vision Basic lenses are available for the majority of full rim frames with a prescription range of SPH ±6.00 and CYL ±2.00 powers with an average PD measurement (63mm), however this can vary depending on your prescription as follows:-
  • Plus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH +6.00 CYL -2.00
  • Plus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH +4.00 CYL +2.00
  • Minus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH -4.00 CYL -2.00
  • Minus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH -6.00 CYL +2.00
Original Manufacturer Lenses
Please note that during the glazing process, the original manufacturer lenses are removed from the frame and replaced with our lenses made to your prescription requirements. Branded prescription lenses are not included.

Great for golfing

I normally wear varifocals but I can’t play golf in them so I bought these single vision specs because they are low priced and fit securely. It’s important that they never fall off and are cheap to replace if they get damaged or lost on the course.

Look ok however there are practical issues

Received in good time, I ordered these after breaking my original pair cycling. There are 2 main issues The lenses do not fit perfectly into the frame thus the wind passes through when cycling When using my phone the screen appears concave (I actually ordered this pair using my previous prescription as my original glasses proved to be too strong)

They look very nice but are cheap made. The are called aluminium but that's just the colour. They are plastic.

SelectSpecs says...

We can confirm they include an Aluminium material in the frame.

Good frame, but not long lasting

I had 2 of these. The first one developed a problem with the hinges after a year. SelectSpecs replaced the frame free of charge. The replacement frame developed the same problem after a year, and could not be replaced. This is a good frame if you intend to replace it after a year.
