Hi Keith, as this is a varifocal order this can take 3-4 weeks to complete. Your order was completed and delivered well within this period (order placed 9th February, delivered 28th February). The etchings are perfectly normal for varifocal lenses but in this case they may have been slightly too visible. We can confirm this was returned to us and we're processing replacement lenses for you.Fit: As Expected
