**Free Single Vision Basic lenses are available for the majority of full rim frames with a prescription range of SPH ±6.00 and CYL ±2.00 powers with an average PD measurement (63mm), however this can vary depending on your prescription as follows:-

Plus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH +6.00 CYL -2.00
Plus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH +4.00 CYL +2.00
Minus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH -4.00 CYL -2.00
Minus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH -6.00 CYL +2.00

Original Manufacturer Lenses
Please note that during the glazing process, the original manufacturer lenses are removed from the frame and replaced with our lenses made to your prescription requirements. Branded prescription lenses are not included.

First time with select specs - excellent value

Purchased these in the light pink version which is like a pink hued clear acetate. I have a very small face (often needing children's sized glasses!) and the smaller sizing on these glasses was perfect. Fit/sizing was as expected. I went to my local opticians to get the frames fully 'fitted' behind my ears but suspect this would be easy to do at home with a hairdryer! Always a bit daunting purchasing glasses online without a trial and it's the first time I have done this, having previously used different high street opticians. Also having trialled several of the 'free home trials' from other well known companies (which were always way too big for my face!), I'm really pleased with how these turned out. Got a great deal for them with the 2for1 offer enabling me to get a second pair of glasses in a completely different style essentially for free. (Both glasses came to under £80 - bargain!). The quality is very good, sturdy, and the lens has an ever so slight yellow hue to it, I suspect this is the blue light protection - I got BlueGuard Thin & Light Digital Protection Lenses. Turnaround time was approximately 2 weeks. Would highly recommend select specs and will definitely be using them again in the future.
