Hi, we can confirm our normal production time are 7-10 working days, delivery is in addition to this. I have checked your orders and your recent orders were completed just outside our normal production timescales due to the selected lenses and your level of prescription. Unfortunately we do not have a 10 day delivery promise as you have advised?With regards to our cases, we do provide a basic case which is suitable for the frames. We also have a selection of additional cases available to purchase if required.
I can confirm our TV advertising is not impacting our level of service. Every order is individual and some may take longer due to the selected lenses, frame and customers prescription. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
