Sorry to hear this. I can confirm these were ordered as Varifocal with Transitions XTRAActive lenses, these are suitable for driving but will only partially darken behind a windscreen. The light adaptive technology for this lens should transition to very dark, but this may take several exposures to UV light. Please try these outside for a few more days and take an image of the eyewear outside in bright conditions, if there's no improvement please contact our customer services team via our website or email ([email protected]) with an image of the product and they will be able to take a look for you.
