    Glasses was fine. The lens was dissapointing

    I order the progressive lens. It had initial issues and was delayed as i was advised it did not meet your strict quality checks. However when it arrived, the right lens had a small chip and was not properly fitted into the frame with the top part of lens protruding out. Disappointing

    Hi, this is due to your level of prescription and choice of lens index (1.5) in this frame. For your prescription we would recommend thinner lenses to ensure a more aesthetically pleasing pair of glasses.

    Beware of Varifocal Lenses

    Loved the frames. Frames fit perfectly. However, my prescription has -2.00 to +1.75 in each lens. The positioning of the distance and reading part of the varifocal lenses requires absolute precision otherwise there is only clarity with one eye at a time since the other eye is looking through a slightly different prescription at any given distance. I would not buy varifocal lenses again except from an optician where an accurate measurement and adjustment service is available. For instance in Boots, if you’re not happy with the vision, they will make new lenses free of charge until you are happy.
