  • Plus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH +4.00 CYL +2.00
  • Minus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH -4.00 CYL -2.00

Original Manufacturer Lenses
Please note that during the glazing process, the original manufacturer lenses are removed from the frame and replaced with our lenses made to your prescription requirements. Branded prescription lenses are not included.

Nice second pair of glasses

I needed a reasonable second pair of glasses for rough day to day use. They fitted me well with a classic style and I feel they are good quality for the price. I like the lens coating and the slim lens thickness. The prescription was spot on. Very pleased.

Get more than you pay for.

I found the website easy to navigate and to place an order. I sent a photo of my prescription to make sure I didn't make any mistakes. The glasses took about three weeks to arrive and I've been using them ever since. You know the saying "You get what you pay for", well, in this case you get far more. I got five pairs of glasses, reading, computer, distance, prescription sunglasses; All for less than the cost of one pair from my High Street Optician. And I have a spare pair to keep beside my bed.

Arrived safely- average quality.

Varifocal lens (short / reading distance lens appears lower in frame than other boots varifocal glasses) but not a problem. Quality ok but thinner metal than expected. No problems so far.

Frames are lovely, lenses awful

The frames are exactly as described and really lovely. The less than 5 star review is more about the lenses. However, the lenses are shocking. If you turn your head one way, you get a bluey tinged aura / glow to everything. If you turn your head the other way, you get a yellow tinged aura / glow to everything. The more you turn your head, the wider the glow 'margin'. It is highly disconcerting; I have worn glasses for 30 years and never had this issue with any lenses. I wear my glasses for driving and am unable to use them; it's simply not safe.
