    Very pleased

    I have varifococals & wanted a cheap pair of reading glasses so thought I'd try this company. Very pleased with the service and the glasses. These are brightly coloured, fun and fit well although a little stiff/brittle. One thing to remember, the price given was different after they had looked at my prescription ( which is low) and the order accepted. I think it was because I chose blue light lenses & anti glare. However they did email me with other options & were helpful but it was more expensive than I was orginally led to believe when I input all the details. I was emailed & asked for further payment before they could proceed. Still very cheap compared to my optician. I paid £23.95 for the frame & just plain reading lenses. Very happy.

    Frame splits

    Within a fortnight of receiving the glasses, the frame split. A replacement pair was sent out, but 7 months later they have split again. The plastic feels really cheap.

    Thrilled!

    I took a punt on these, as I wanted some new glasses for driving with thinner legs for better peripheral vision. Having a prescription from last year burning a hole in my pocket, I hadn't yet set aside the cash to fork out for the actual glasses. Wow! They really are just SIX POUNDS! Not to sound like the ad, but really! I'm thrilled to bits not to have to spend a fortune... I thought that my prescription would not qualify for low price glasses like this, but my astigmatism wasn't an issue at all. I just took a picture of the prescription from the optician and sent it in, then the wonderful people at SelectSpecs did their magic. Thank you so much!! More shall be ordered ASAP

    budget glasses for driving

    My optician recommended I buy an online pair of budget glasses for driving as my prescription changed slightly. I like the fit, colour and they are just what I need. Obviously from the price I didn't expect very sturdy frames but perfect for my needs. £12!
