Because these glasses are so simple, it is not apparent that they are actually really cheap frames. The purple gives a welcome tweak to the appearance, without being too obvious or wacky (I am an older male). The combination of dark and clear makes the frames look very slim. The construction is lightweight, with spindly arms, but seems well constructed and should last well. No comfort issues. The lenses just work. Very happy with this purchase.

Varifocal lenses cost a lot more

I'd recommend this product

My frame was £15 and order total was £95. For the money the frame is pretty good but a bit too large for my face. The lenses are varifocal and were just as my prescription but the frame could do with adjusting, which I cannot do. The delivery time can be longer for varifocal if you choose free delivery. I think I will stick with my optician in the future but if I had single vision glasses then I think my would probably say it's worth a try.

Glasses are great when you get them this is now the second time I’ve had to wait weeks for them to arrive. I’m still waiting now for the replacements as my prescription was wrong

I thought had give these glasses a try for the money, and I was absolutely amazed! Bought as a spare pair but these are now the ones I wear daily. Everyone has commented on how nice they are. Really easy to add your prescription and my lenses are perfect.

First time wearing multi-focal lenses

Very happy with these spectacles, its my first pair of multi-focul so they did take some getting used to but didn't take long. This is now my 5th pair of spectacles from Selectspecs and I would recommend them to friends and family, great products, amazing customer service. However, the only improvement i would like to see is for the lenses to be fitted with the spring style hinges so that they do not fall of if I am moving around fast or bending over.
