**Free Single Vision Basic lenses are available for the majority of full rim frames with a prescription range of SPH ±6.00 and CYL ±2.00 powers with an average PD measurement (63mm), however this can vary depending on your prescription as follows:-
  • Plus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH +6.00 CYL -2.00
  • Plus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH +4.00 CYL +2.00
  • Minus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH -4.00 CYL -2.00
  • Minus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH -6.00 CYL +2.00
Original Manufacturer Lenses
Please note that during the glazing process, the original manufacturer lenses are removed from the frame and replaced with our lenses made to your prescription requirements. Branded prescription lenses are not included.

I couldn't believe how good the quality was.

I had often seen daytime television adverts by Selectspecs saying they sold glasses starting at £6 per pair. It seemed too good to be true so I ordered some. I did have to pay about £15 extra as my eye prescription was more complex. However, when the glasses were delivered I was both amazed and delighted at the quality and low price.

don't buy these they break really easily after like 6 months like just snapped in half when they were tapped

These last me about 4 months on average

They are the nicest, lightest frames I have owned, very comfortable for me. However they are essentially disposable. The first pair of these i had, disintegrated after 4 months. The next pair lasted about as long. I am on my third pair.

Really impressed with delivery service and quality of the lenses. Now my every-day pair of glasses of choice, as they're see-through frames often forgetting I'm wearing glasses at all. There is only one concern after only a few weeks of wear, maybe because the plastic frames are transparent, there is an noticable increase in small internal lines, stress lines forming in the rims, possibly the plastic is brittle? I hope they last, definately my favourite choice.

Cheap & cheerful

These glasses are incredibly light & feel a bit flimsy but for the price, you can't complain!! I bought them as a spare pair but I really like the look & would definitely consider a similar style in future, maybe at the next price band for a slightly higher quality feel.
