I have just purchased my 2nd pair of these after 18 months of heavy duty wear working in an engineering / factory environment ( plus these are my preferred glasses to wear at home or out and about). These seem to be far better than any previous glasses I've had ( often costing 10x this amount ) from high street opticians. These are lightweight and with flexible arms which have survived many knocks and drops onto hard floors. The gold plating hasn't worn off so still look smart. I only replaced the original glasses as eventually I manged to get a deep scratch in one lens which after 18 months this is as long or longer than any other glasses I've owned have lasted. ( maybe next time I'll order a pair with polycarbonate lenses).
Very happy with the service provided by Select specs with this order arriving in around 7 days (the previous one was even quicker). Don't know how the company make such good glasses and sell them at such low prices. Definitely get a high recommendation from me.
Fit - As expected I'd recommend this product

I have a smallish head so these came up a bit wide for me compared to other Selectspecs frames.
These frames seem flimsy, but in practice I have accidentally sat on them several times and they have just sprung back.
Fit - Moderately large I'd recommend this product

My glasses are incredible for the price I paid. They are not like glasses you buy off the shelf in chemist shops for reading they are as good as from the opticians I am very happy with my purchase and will use the company again. Thank you.
Fit - As expected I'd recommend this product

Ordering glasses online was not my first choice. However, I thought I would give it a go and see what the experience was like.
Ordering was fairly simple, as with most online buying, it was extremely simple to follow the onscreen messages. Granted I wanted to get a pair for £6, and yes, you can get them. Beware, just because you can buy a pair of glasses for £6 doesn't mean you should get them.
First of all, if your prescription is heavy, i.e. your blind without glasses, this will significantly boost the cost due to the types of lenses required.
Secondly, the frames are made of plastic, which makes them feel very cheap.
Third, the arms are made of wire, this is off-putting when taking on and off due to them flapping about. Although once on they are not noticed.
forth, buying a single pair will never cost £6, this is due to the postage slapped on after. Remember the EasyJet and Ryanair process.
Finally, the nose bridges are very plasticky and I've already broken one side, I have only worn these glasses a handful of times.
If you're just needing some cheap glasses for occasional use, then yes get some. For long-term use, I would not recommend these.
Fit - As expected I wouldn't recommend this product

22 - Bridge size (in mm), a 2 digit value normally ranging from 14 - 24.
50 - Lens width (in mm), a 2 digit value normally ranging from 40 - 62.
