I needed glasses in a hurry and needed the Express service. My prescription didnt tell me my PD so I had to measure my own using the online tool, and was convinced it wouldn't work but it did! SelectSpecs made them up quickly and although "Royal Mail Tracked 24" then took two days to get them to me I was delighted with the result. Paid the extra to get thin lenses and am really pleased with them. Nice looking specs - almost invisible, which is what I was aiming for. Without glasses I was not just unable to drive but unable to walk without tripping on uneven pavements or walking into glass doors so I can honestly say these glasses have transformed my life for under fifty quid!

I was very pleasantly surprised when my glasses arrived. Buying online without trying them on in person, I was expecting to be disappointed to be honest, but I needn't have worried as these glasses are absolutely lovely, just what I wanted. Thankyou! I had the peachy/ see through ones the same and I like the style and fit. These are a purple colour but also see through too they are nice also with my blonde hair.

The glasses were a good fit and seemed to be good quality, however, even though I sent my prescription from my optician the left lens seemed to be not quite strong enough to correct my left eye. Also, I found that the glasses were more expensive than the ones advertised on TV. They were however, still considerably cheaper than my opticians models. Overall, I would recommend trying Selectspecs if you're looking for a cheap alternative to high-street opticians.
