**Free Single Vision Basic lenses are available for the majority of full rim frames with a prescription range of SPH ±6.00 and CYL ±2.00 powers with an average PD measurement (63mm), however this can vary depending on your prescription as follows:-

  • Plus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH +6.00 CYL -2.00
  • Plus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH +4.00 CYL +2.00
  • Minus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH -4.00 CYL -2.00
  • Minus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH -6.00 CYL +2.00
Original Manufacturer Lenses
Please note that during the glazing process, the original manufacturer lenses are removed from the frame and replaced with our lenses made to your prescription requirements. Branded prescription lenses are not included.

Clear vision. Frames fit my face and nose

I selected this style of frame for close up screen and reading. I selected another frame for distance so to easly identify between the perscriptions. This frame fits my face and nose i have been told they look good on my face and people could not believe how much the total price was for a temporary pair of glasses. My nose has been broken twice in the past during sports activities so i now realise i need a slightly wider fit for my nose. The bridge on this frame is classed as 18 and as the frame tapers away from the bridge to the lower tip of the frame. I get a perfect fit for my wonky nose. Sadly my second selected frame design does not have a taper to the lower edge and is more of curve. The second frames are Savannah, 2396 Black with 18 bridge but as I am new to wearing glasses I did not realise I needed a nose distance as well as the bridge size. I wish selectspecs would also give the smallest and largest sizes between the two frame points for the nose area for people like me. I will review the other frames.
