    Excellent customer service

    The glasses ordered as a spare arrived in just over 2 weeks but had to be returned as the prescription details I had supplied for intermediate(without sending a copy of my prescription) was inadequate in not having stated two vital component of the prescription . I later emailed Selectspects my prescription and spoke with an customer services agent who immediately agreed to remake my glasses to the correct supplied prescripion free of charge. The glasses were sent back using postage free label downloaded and the glasses returned within two week. The new glasses are an excellent fit and the performs as well as the glasses I use made by a well known high street optician. The frames and lenses supplied by Selectspecs is now my default glasses and use these in preference to my main glass. Very good value too as these coated lenses and frame cost less than 1/3 of the price of the high street opticians glasses.

    Good value but didn't last long

    The frames are round but very large - almost cartoonish. I was happy with them until they weirdly snapped.. and I mean very weird. They snapped cleanly on the side of the lens (not the part that goes over your ears) by the lens front which made the lens fall out, I literally had to bluetac them back together so I can get home! I always buy a cheap pair of glasses as a spare, so if that's what you're looking for, these would be great but these did last me less than a year (less than 6 months honestly).

    So good I ordered it twice!

    I first bought this in September 2021. I got a lot of compliments, from family and friends, about how well they suited me. In June 2022, I had a slight accident. I was not hurt but the right arm hinge of my glasses was damaged. So I ordered the same style again. After all, why change a good thing.
