**Free Single Vision Basic lenses are available for the majority of full rim frames with a prescription range of SPH ±6.00 and CYL ±2.00 powers with an average PD measurement (63mm), however this can vary depending on your prescription as follows:-
Original Manufacturer Lenses
Please note that during the glazing process, the original manufacturer lenses are removed from the frame and replaced with our lenses made to your prescription requirements. Branded prescription lenses are not included.
2 for 1 Offer
Some of our products are available as a 2 for 1 offer, this will be marked on the product as a 'FREE Second Pair'. Our 2 for 1 offer includes our FREE Single Vision Basic lenses - thinner lenses, multifocals and tints are available for an additional cost. Please do note that the FREE Second Pair is not automatically added to you order, the FREE Second Pair should be added to your basket for the offer to apply.
Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value of £12.00 excluding delivery is applicable for our £6.00 glasses and some lower value sunglasses. Please note that this minimum order value does not apply to accessories or contact lenses.

Not too bad but no ray ban marking!

Hi Kellie,As we supplied your Ray-Ban Cockpit sunglasses with prescription sun lenses we state on our website that the original lenses are removed to replace with your personally prescribed lenses. Unfortunately, any etchings on lenses are lost. However, the original Ray-Ban sun lenses are included with your order and will be in your package, these can be inserted back in to the Ray-Ban frame if required.

Hi, our guidelines stress 10 working days for jobs to be complete, we do not offer a 1 hour service for obvious reasons! You're previous order was within our 10 working days (please remember there was a bank holiday also).Looking at your current pair in production, this looks to be proceeding as normal. We're awaiting lenses to arrive with us before sending to the lab.
We could offer a faster service but then we wouldn't be able to offer great value for money unfortunately.
