**Free Single Vision Basic lenses are available for the majority of full rim frames with a prescription range of SPH ±6.00 and CYL ±2.00 powers with an average PD measurement (63mm), however this can vary depending on your prescription as follows:-
  • Plus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH +6.00 CYL -2.00
  • Plus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH +4.00 CYL +2.00
  • Minus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH -4.00 CYL -2.00
  • Minus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH -6.00 CYL +2.00
Original Manufacturer Lenses
Please note that during the glazing process, the original manufacturer lenses are removed from the frame and replaced with our lenses made to your prescription requirements. Branded prescription lenses are not included.

Highly recommended

Good quality glasses, polarised bifocal sun glasses, for a great price, I would recommend selectspects to anyone. I will definitely be buying my glasses from here again.

Polarised sunglasses that don't really polarise

I bought these sunglasses for angling so the polarisation of the lenses is absolutely crucial. I have worn them a few times now and to be perfectly honest they make very little difference to viability through the water. I have worn many pairs and types of polarised sunglasses for the same purpose and find this pair definately falls short. Quite disappointed actually.

The prescription was perfect, and glasses fit well but when u put them on all the black colours look dark red, and all other colours are really bright. Other than that I like them.

Best value specs...

I've purchased 3 pairs of glasses from SelectSpecs. One was only just OK, but the other two are very good. In particular, this most recent pair of polarised sunglasses was excellent. Good quality frames, and first class prescription polarised lenses....and at less than half the price of High Street opticians! One thing I would ask of SelectSpecs.....improve your cases! The present cases are rubbish. I have had to go and purchase separate spring lid cases. So, glasses very good...cases NOT!
