**Free Single Vision Basic lenses are available for the majority of full rim frames with a prescription range of SPH ±6.00 and CYL ±2.00 powers with an average PD measurement (63mm), however this can vary depending on your prescription as follows:-
  • Plus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH +6.00 CYL -2.00
  • Plus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH +4.00 CYL +2.00
  • Minus Spherical powers and Minus Cylinder powers: SPH -4.00 CYL -2.00
  • Minus Spherical powers and Plus Cylinder powers: SPH -6.00 CYL +2.00
Original Manufacturer Lenses
Please note that during the glazing process, the original manufacturer lenses are removed from the frame and replaced with our lenses made to your prescription requirements. Branded prescription lenses are not included.

New Sunnies

This is my 2nd pair of glasses from Selectspecs and i went for a middle of the road price range - glasses as expected, good quality and good fit. Ordering online is always a little difficult as you don't know what they will look like when on- it would be a good idea if you could photos on facial images on the website. Would definitely recommend Selectspecs and will order from them again in the future.

Better than expected

I was so pleased that these turned out to be far better than I expected, only the fact that it was an online purchase and I like to see things in real life had put me off. But needing a new pair of sunglasses due to a sensitivity to light I took the plunge. Value for money I would have had to pay three times the price for vari focal sunglasses at my own opticians. No complaints I did have to have them slightly altered due to the way my ears sit nothing to do with the glasses. Definately recommend these to others. I choose green as this is for me the best glass to look through its very clear and when the sun is out you don't squint at all unlike some glasses have had in the past.

Very pleased with the prescription sunglasses. Slightly crooked but will take them to my local optician for fitting. Excellent value particularly as anti-reflective coating is included, which is usually £30
